When Was That?

Phil 4:15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only. What did the Philippians know that religionist do not know today? They knew that the gospel of grace began with Paul. They therefore knew that Peter and Paul did not preach the same gospel messages. Therefore they also knew that the church the body of Christ was not spiritual Israel. Which means they also knew that God had started something new with the Gentile nations. Rightly dividing the word of truth is the only method of bible study that makes sense. When we “rightly divide the word of truth” we give to Israel what belongs to Israel and we give to the body of Christ that which belongs to the body of Christ. God set Israel aside and chose Paul to go to the Gentiles with the message of grace – not of works. Isn’t it time you got out of religion and tradition and got back to the bible?
