- YOU ARE COMMITTED – 2TIM. 4:1-3
BY NOT FOLLOWING MEN
1 Pet 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which
liveth and abideth for ever. 24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of
grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FOLLOW MEN – NUM. 13:31
BY NOT PUTTING YOURSELF AND OTHERS ON A PERFORMANCE SYSTEM – JUST LET GRACE WORK…
1 Cor 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was
not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was
with me.
2 Cor 1:12 For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly
sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world,
and more abundantly to you-ward.
Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the
Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
Phil 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings,

BY NOT FOCUSING ON CIRCUMSTANCES

BUT RATHER LEARN – LEARN – TO VALUE AND ESTEEM WHAT GOD VALUES AND ESTEEMS…

RIGHT DIVISION OF THE WORD
CONFORMED NOT CONFOUNDED CHRISTIANS
LEARN TO USE CIRCUMSTANCES AS OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW GRACE
2 Th 1:3 We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith
groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth; 4 So that we
ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and
tribulations that ye endure:
BY COMMITTING YOURSELF TO DOING 3 THINGS EVERYDAY
STUDYING THE WORD – 2 Timothy 2:15 & 1 Th 2:13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing,
because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men,
but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.
SPREADING THE WORD - Acts 20:20 – 24
SPEAKING WITH THE AUTHOR OF THE WORD - 1 Th 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
CONCLUSION
